Please note that once the order leaves our shop we have no control over it anymore and calculating how long customs will take to receive it. Delivery time will always vary from each country. We ship to confirmed addresses. If there is a different address that you would like to have the item shipped to, please let us know. When you buy multiple items, we will do combine shipment and. If send us an email or message, and we will respond in 24 hours.
We ship the item next day after the payment has been received. If there is a delay in the shipment, we will notify the buyer immediately. We use USPS First class mail or Priority Mail depending on the item purchased.
We accept exchange/returns within 14 days after customer receiving the item. Buyers pay the return shipping. Item must be sent back in original condition for exchange or return. For returns on products that are unwanted, there is a 10% restocking fee for the item. Please email us in regards to returns/exchanges.
Please kindly note that the shipping service provided by USPS. and as a seller we are not responsible for missing packages.
Please check aound and make sure where the package is if the USPS information marked as "delivered". the pacakge should be anyway delivered with no doubt. and calling policy is another strong suggestion if the item have been stolen.
